Hello blogger friends! Happy Wednesday evening! Just finished my card for Merry Monday Challenge #15. I decided on real red card stock and DSP on a white card stock base. I originally decided to have my background using the paper on the second card. Since I usually make 4, I was taping my layers together and made a mistake with the first card by putting the tape on the wrong side. I decided to leave it like it was and use the bird image from Northern Hearts. And guess what? I think I like the first one better! I think the bird image on the DSP looks pretty good. Thanks for stopping by
By the way, happy birthday to my granddaughter, Sabrina. She turns 4 today!!
I can't decide which I like better, Carol. The bird image on the DP is pretty awesome. On the other hand, I like the contrast of the design on the other paper too. I think anyone will be delighted with either.
ReplyDeleteI think both cards look fantastic Carol! I love how you got a layer of glitter DSP in there, it goes perfectly!

ReplyDeleteVery nicely done...the bird image on the paper really coordinates well with your stamped image. You did a great job with the markering too. That's always a challenge for me! Thanks for playing with us at Merry Monday!
